A few mates have been buying the CREE mtb lights from China. So I bought one. They are cheap, bright but mine exploded!
It was on its first charge at my work when the charger caught fire causing the battery to explode. No one got hurt and it was pretty exciting but it could have been very different.

Wow, good post Paddy, luckily heard similar stories before i nearly bought one. Went for exposure diablo i. The end, dear but good, extendable and peace of mind
